Checkout DM is an Instagram DM checkout and automation tool for sellers. Customers browse your products, choose a size, enter their address, and pay inside the chat, from a comment, a Story reply, or a DM. No website needed and no commission on your sales.

Checkout DM facilitates automated sales directly within Instagram Direct Messages. The tool allows businesses to convert social interactions into completed transactions by streamlining the checkout process without requiring customers to leave the messaging app. We are basically converting Instagram e-commerce sellers to automated checkout just like Amazon, where they get notified inside their checkout DM dashboard about new orders, exchanges, returns - all automated. They can even ship the product from inside the Checkout DM dashboard. You can also sell your products outside Instagram (such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, or anywhere on the Internet) via a storefront link that auto-populates once you add a product. Put a story on Instagram, and people will automatically get the DM you want them to buy. Similarly, you can attract more comments via your posts and reels on Instagram, and people will get the relevant DM (of the product you are promoting in that reel). Potential buyers can directly buy from the DMs by selecting the size (if your product has sizes) and quantity. Buyers can even add more products from a catalog of your products, which they can see with a click of a button. Similarly, returns and exchanges related to the product work directly via DMs. Product tracking can also be done via DMs. Moreover, the buyers keep getting order-related emails as and when anything new happens like order shipped, order cancelled, partial return or full return or exchange emails, etc. Multiple payment partners are included in Checkout DM. Coupons can be auto-applied before payment or manually applied by the buyer. So, there's a lot of stuff inside Checkout DM. Checkout DM is a Meta-verified app. So, there's no chance of getting blocked or restricted due to us. Merchants just need to connect their Instagram account, give permissions to their account, and add products to the catalog one by one, which is a one-time process, and then everything is automated. Merchants can even get paid orders at midnight or even when the seller is unavailable to answer queries because your bot is working for you 24x7.
